Orders & Shipping
We ship with BRT to ensure fast, reliable, and secure deliveries, both to your home and to BRT Locker pickup points.
Shipping within Italy usually takes 1–3 business days, while European shipments are delivered within 2–5 business days.

All orders are shipped with a tracked shipping service. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to track your shipment. After 24 hours from the order shipment, you will be able to check the shipping status through the tracking page.
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or change unless it has not yet been shipped. Otherwise, you will need to wait for the package to be delivered and then contact our customer support to submit your request.
It is not possible to modify the shipping address of your order once the purchase has been completed. If in doubt, please contact our customer support at info@osses-studio.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Payments
On the Osses website, you can pay using the following methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, or Prepaid Card from any international network, PayPal, Apple Pay, Postepay, and Google Pay.
Purchases on Osses-studio are made in complete security thanks to the use of certified servers and advanced encryption systems (SSL). Transactions are processed through a reliable payment gateway that protects data according to the highest security standards, transmitting it in encrypted form: your credit card information therefore remains inaccessible to third parties.
We exclusively use secure connections, recognizable by the “https” prefix and the padlock icon in the browser bar. For additional protection, when paying by credit card you will be required to enter the security code (CVV2/CVC2/CID).
We also pay particular attention to fraud prevention: all card payments, whether credit or debit, are subject to checks and authorizations by both us and the banking institution. Before final approval, our payment department carries out anti-fraud checks and, if necessary, may contact you to request further information before confirming the order.
Products
Do not choose your size randomly. Next to each product, you will find a convenient dropdown menu with all detailed measurements, allowing you to easily select the one that best fits you.
All garments come with an internal label containing washing instructions. In addition to these guidelines, we recommend a few simple precautions to help preserve the quality of your item over time:
– Prefer hand washing whenever possible
– If using a washing machine, do not exceed 40°C
– Avoid spinning or keep it to a minimum (max 400 rpm)
– Wash the garment inside out
– Do not use a tumble dryer
Returns & Refunds
All return costs are the responsibility of the end customer.
Returns are free of charge only for shipments within mainland Italy; for the rest of Europe, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Returns are accepted only if the item has never been washed or worn, and shows no signs of wear or damage.
You may request a return or exchange within and no later than 15 days from the date of purchase.

The refund of returned items is issued using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
In case of a full or partial return, only the value of the returned items will be refunded, while shipping costs and any customs duties are non-refundable, unless the entire order is found to be defective.
